I have forgotten my username or password to access Online Banking. How do I get back in to view my account?

 
Two options are available in this scenario-
We offer you the ability to use the 'Reset Password' feature after you have entered your NetTeller Internet Banking ID online. This link will allow you to reset your password but requires that you have provided us with your current e-mail address and have established your PIN Reset Question and Answer. If you meet these requirements, you will follow the simple steps shown. Then you will receive an e-mail with a password reset link.

How do I enroll in Bank of Commerce Online Banking?


To enroll in Online Banking, you must be a new or existing customer with Bank of Commerce. There are two options for enrolling for Online Banking-
Visit the New Accounts department at the Bank of Commerce and we will setup your access to Online Banking.
Or with your account documents readily available, select "Sign Up For Online Banking" on the Bank of Commerce homepage and follow the steps to create your online account.

How do I transfer money between my accounts and is there a monthly limit?


To transfer money between your Bank of Commerce accounts, log into Online Banking and select the 'Transfers' option listed below 'Account Listing' in blue. On the Transfer Funds page, using the dropdown box, select the accounts which you would like to transfer to and from. Then enter the transfer amount and transfer date (which defaults to the next processing date) and include an optional transfer memo. Select Submit to complete the transfer and take note of the confirmation number for your records.

There is no limit to the amount of transfers made from a checking account but there is a limit to the amount of transfers that can be made from your savings or money market account.  You are allowed a total of six transfers from your savings account in a thirty day period and a total of nine transfers per quarter.  If you exceed nine transfers from your savings account in a quarter, a $2.00 fee is assessed for each transfer thereafter.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?

 
Signing up for E-Statements is very simple but does require that you already have an Online Banking account with Bank of Commerce.

  • Password protect your computer and avoid using the same password twice
  • Always apply security updates to your device
  • Take caution in downloading software while online which may be malicious

How do I enroll in Bank of Commerce Mobile Banking?

 
To enroll in Bank of Commerce Mobile Banking, you must have a checking or savings account and have been previously enrolled in Online Banking.

Your login ID and PIN are the same as you use with your Bank of Commerce Online Banking website. Once you download the BOC Mobile app for your smartphone simply provide your login ID and PIN to login and view your accounts, make transfers, and pay bills.


How do I transfer money between my accounts on my mobile device?

 
Using the BOC Mobile app, log into your account then select the 'Transfer' icon. Provide the account you want to transfer from, the account you are transferring to and the amount to transfer. You can change the date of the transfer from this same page as well.

What happens if my mobile device is lost or stolen?

 
If your device is lost or stolen please contact us as soon as possible. While it's important to know that your smartphone does not save any of your banking information on the device within the BOC Mobile app, we highly recommend changing your password.
