We want to reassure you that Bank of Commerce is committed to protecting you the best we can, while continuing to meet your banking needs. We have taken a proactive approach and re-assess this situation continually for the health and safety of our staff and customers. We have a pandemic plan in place to ensure that you have access to all of your banking needs.

To keep our community safe and to protect our employees, customers and families, we have temporarily closed our bank lobby. This decision aligns with local and state government recommendations in efforts to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are doing our part and encourage customers to use the other banking options that are available. Our Walk-Up Teller is located on the north side of the bank and is now open weekdays from 8 am - 5 pm. Our drive-up lanes remain open during regular business hours as well. Feel free to use our night deposit box after hours (located in the drive through). Internet banking is available along with the BOC mobile app. Call our Telephone Banking line by dialing 307-324-4501 or toll free 800-934-4634. Keep in mind, as the lobby is closed, we are experiencing a higher call volume with less staff on-site to take your calls. You may experience longer wait times. We understand that is not typically the standard at Bank of Commerce and appreciate your patience.

We are navigating unknown waters with the developments of this outbreak. However, we have a dedicated and professional team who understand the importance of flexibility to meet the bank and customers needs. Several of our team members are equipped to work remotely. This change is an adjustment for us too. We appreciate your patience as you may experience wait times that are not typical for our bank. We are able to help customers with most loan and new account opening over the phone and will make appointments for those who require on-site interaction. Please give us a call if you would like to set an appointment to access your safe deposit box or if you need to meet with your loan officer in person at 307-324-2265. To keep our staff safe you will be asked a series of questions regarding your health before we permit entry into our buildings. It isn’t personal. It is simply to keep everyone safe. We ask that if you have been ill or have been around others who are ill, please do not request an in-person visit.
