You will need a personal computer, modem, an active account with an Internet Service Provider, and Internet browser software that supports 128-bit encryption, such as Netscape Navigator® or Microsoft Internet Explorer®. Both can be down loaded for free from the Internet. Please view the SECURITY page to down load browser software. |

With EZBanker you can access your account at Bank of Commerce everywhere you have an internet connection. Now from the convenience of your home, office, or anywhere your travels may take you, you can visit Bank of Commerce. |

This is a service provided to you by Bank of Commerce with no cost to you. |

When Can I Access My Accounts?
You will be able to access your accounts 24 hours a day, seven days a week. |

ACCOUNT INFORMATION
View any of your Bank of Commerce accounts including checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposit, IRA’s or loans. |

|
TRANSACTION INQUIRY
You may view your account history since your last statement was issued to you. |
|||
|
TRANSFER FUNDS
You may move funds between any of your Bank of Commerce accounts. The amounts you transfer will be available immediately. |
|||
|
LOAN PAYMENTS
You may make your loan payment from your deposit account. |
|||
|
STOP PAYMENTS
You may enter Stop Payments on checks which have not yet been posted to your account. |
|||
|
UPDATE PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may change your EZBanker ID or PIN. You may change the display names on your accounts. |

|
What Happens If I Lose Or Forget My ID or PIN?
If you lose or forget your ID you may call the bank, and with proper identification, your ID will be given to you. If you lose or forget your PIN, you must follow the same procedure and a new PIN will be generated and mailed to you. |

|
What Happens If I Don’t Log Off the System?
The system will automatically log off for you if the account doesn’t have any activity for ten minutes. |

Will Other Users be Able to View My Accounts?
EZBanker is very safe. We have firewalls in place and use encryption codes for all transactions to ensure safety and confidentiality. Your account information is secure. We have taken every possible step to ensure our system meets the latest security standards and uses the most up to date software.
