Q Who do I call if I can’t find the answers to my questions in this document?

Q What is EZ Banker?
A

EZ Banker offers secure and convenient access to your Bank of Commerce accounts anytime using the Internet. This service provides you the ability to:

  • View and print information on all your accouts, including loans
  • Review and print transactions and history
  • Confirm deposits, withdrawls and paid checks
  • Transfer funds between your Bank of Commerce accounts
  • Make Bank of Commerce loan payments

Q What do I need to get started?
A

You will need a personal computer, modem, an active account with an Internet Service Provider, and Internet browser software that supports 128-bit encryption. Bank of Commerce requires customers to complete an internet banking agreement. Once a signed agreement is received by the bank and processed, you will be assigned an ID and PIN to use when logging into the system. Once you sign into EZ Banker, you will be prompted to change your password.

Q What are the password requirements?
A

Your password must consist of 6 to 8 alpha and/or numeric characters.

Q What does this service Cost?
A

This is a service provided to you by Bank of Commerce with no cost to you.

Q Why do I need to answer personal questions in order to access my online banking?
A

Bank of Commerce has incorporated a multi factor authentication process that helps the bank verify that you are actually who you say you are. You will be instructed to set up these personal questions when initially logging into your EZ Banker Internet banking account. The bank will monitor your typical internet banking behavior, and if your behavior deviates from typical behavior for you, you may be asked to verify the answers to your personal questions to help the bank to ensure that you are authorized to view the accounts.

Q Can I change the name of my account description?
A

Yes, once in EZ Banker, click on the Management tab at the top of the page. Below Management, click on the word “Account”. Now you may enter a description for each of your accounts under the Account Pseuduo Name fields. Click “Submit” to accept the changes. We advise you not to include any actual account numbers in the description for security reasons.

Q What is the cut-off time for transactions made through EZ Banker?
A

The transfer cut-off time for current day’s business for transactions made through EZ Banker is 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and published early closures. Any transfers made after this time will be considered “Next Day’s Business.” Transfers on weekends and holiday’s will post the following business day.

Q What happens if I lose or forget my ID or PIN?
A

If you lose or forget your ID you may call the bank at 307-324-2265, and with proper identification, your ID will be given to you. If you lose or forget your PIN, you must follow the same procedure and a new PIN will be generated. Please note that Bank of Commerce will NOT ask you for your EZ Banker password.

Q What happens if I don’t log off the system?
A

The system will automatically log off for you if the account doesn’t have any activity for ten minutes.

Q Will other users be able to view my accounts?
A

EZ Banker is very safe. We have firewalls in place and use encryption codes for all transactions to ensure safety and confidentiality. Your account information is secure. We have taken every possible step to ensure our system meets the latest security standards and uses the most up to date software.

Q What if I am locked out of the system?
A

You are allowed three (3) invalid sign-on attempts before the system will lock you out. Once you have exceeded the three (3) attempts you will need to call Bank of Commerce at 307-324-2265. A bank representative will verify your identity and verify that you are the account owner and the will unlock your EZ Banker account.
